Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Le Nautilus, Very friendly owners made us very welcome and the mother was a gem. Hotel spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, Nice breakfast with their own freshly baked bread. Stored our bicycles f.o.c. in garage. Would go bac k tomorrow

Perky and efficient room. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good location on a quiet street ... You won't have a view from your room but you're 100 meters from the ramparts and beach access. A great value!

We arived in St Malo on a windy wet Sunday. Our priority was secure parking as our car was packed full of personal belongings. Having viewed several other hotels, none of which was suitable or to our liking.

On arrival at Le Nautilus we were impressed by the bright decor and the nautical theme. W explained that we required a garage for the car. The owner told us that he had two motorcycles in the garage and no space for a car but we could store our posessions in the garage. Very helpful indeed.

We found the room to be comfortable, decorated to a high standard and fresh, no odours. We had a few drinks in the bar and were engaged in conversation by the owners. Breakfast the following morning was served promptly.

W would have no hesitation in visiting Le Nautilus in future.

Although this is only a 2 star hotel it has everything you need. It's spotlessly clean, very comfortable & in one of the best locations in St Malo i.e. within the walls but away from the early morning traffic noise, which we have experienced in other hotels in St Malo. The Proprietors could not be more helpful, supplying us with maps & recommendations for restaurants etc. (both of the restaurants they recommended were superb). The breakfast was great (not cheap at 6.90 Euros, but comparable in price with other options in the centre of St Malo). We are hoping to visit St Malo again before too long & will definitely stay at Le Nautilus again.
