I must say when I first walked in I was a bit taken back. It reminded me of standard hotel you would find in Manhattan. The front desk was cluttered, the lobby looked a bit hog-poggy and the decor was just old. However, once I stepped up the desk to check in all that seemed to fade away. The front desk staff was amazing and very attentive to my need--and I always have needs!
Room service is quick (I wanted a red wine they didn't offer so the concierge ran to the market and fetched it for me and added it to the room service table) the food is good and hotel is VERY clean.
The hotel it self is located in a prime spot for everything you could ever want. The best shopping in all of Paris, Just 2 blocks from the metro stop and around the corner from Arc de Triomphe and a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower.
