Very friendly staff, charming hotel with some nice features. We loved our balcony accessed by large glass doors. Our room had a small sitting area, a tiny closet, a sit-sown shower/bath. A small team of plumbers came in to replace a faucet while we were in the room. That was odd, but like everyone else in the place, they were very nice. Free wi-fi access allowed us to keep in touch with our kids. Enjoy the experience of a Paris lift - very small! We loved the hotel, it didn't cost too much, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Also nearby the metro and bus to the airport.

Ideal for a first time visitor to Paris, its easy to find from the Bus station and Metro & centrally located...... which saves also on walking & money to get around. Only thing i found was rooms were a little bit small but as we werent there all day it didnt matter, the shower & tub were devine after a day out and the bed was soooo comfy!! Definetly stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here again for 2 days before flying back to US after staying in Lille visiting family. Our family of 4 has stayed here on previous visits and we found the hotel clean, quiet, and well located. It is one of the few reasonably priced, well located hotels that has rooms for families of 4. It is very close to the Air France Shuttle bus to the airport. This costs 15 Euro per person and is a very practical way to get to CDG. The hotel is also quite close to Porte Maillot, which is a station on Line 1 of the Paris Métro and on the RER C. It is also a short walk toe the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms had not changed much since our last visit 5 years earlier. They were clean and the beds were firm. It is a decent, no frills hotel. The wireless internet was sometimes a bit slow, but worked fine, and was free.

First time visitor to Paris ... arrived 8 hours prior to check in time ... met by lovely receptionist who took us straight into the dining room for fresh coffee (not charged for) ... and stored luggage for us with ease.
Brilliant little hotel with the most perfect location. Couldn't believe my eyes when we walked a street over and there was the Arc !
Would recommend this place to anyone who isn't after the Ritz, but good location, clean rooms and a wonderful French breakfast.

just got back after a week of stay in Harvey. my family of four(two young kids) were very comfortable. They offer free wi-fi which was very handy.
The location is good but limited choice of affordable restaurants.
Awesome staff and spacious room. the breakfast was reasonable by Paris standards.
The metro and Champse Elysee is walking distance. Will definitely come back to this place.
