Nice location, nice hotel but ugly service.
As a "Favorite Guess, ACLUB Platinum" I would have expected more attention.
When I mentioned that the priority lane at the reception desk was closed, I was offered, not nicely, to "see" the management.
Breakfast in the room: 3 times: Never was what I ordered. Missing items or wrong items (i.e.tea instead of coffee).
But the hotel is full of tourist, so, why would they care about their regular customers?
