I stay in this hotel for three nights. Room was nice, but pretty small.
I do not like in this hotel three things: breakfast was very poor; sometimes I can't take attention from personal: the say - OK, but doing absolutely nothing; and on the TV was bright yellow sign: "No italien channels". Big deal? Maybe not, but it spoil my opinion about this hotel and staff. I think it not correspond to name "hospitality", what actually is the name of hotel business.

I have stayed in this hotel for over 10 years during the Cannes Film Festival. I first came because it was reasonably priced. I could now afford to stay in grander hotels but I like the staff, the hotel and the location. I like the hotel so much that at least a dozen colleagues, friends and business associates now stay here during the Festival. I have never ever found a bed bug!

We had to move rooms after our first night because, like most other rooms in the hotel there was a noisy bar opposite. We managed to get a room at the back of the hotel. However, on the 3rd night of our stay in the hotel we discovered that there were bed bugs in the room. They were literally coming out of the fittings and we then realised our bites were not from mosquitos. After a sleepless night we showed the manager some of the bed bugs in our room and those we had killed. She just dismissed our complaint saying some rubbish about them maybe being beetles who had all decided to visit our room via the open window at the same time. She and other members of staff were rude and just did not want to know. Needless to say we got out of there that morning. It was a very unpleasant experience.
