Magnificent old hotel just a few minutes' walk from the thermal baths and casino. Real, old-world standards of service, with great attention to detail. Room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was huge. Unfortunately both the pool and 2-star restaurant were out of action when we stayed, but the Winter Garden restaurant was fine and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. They provided free tickets to the Caracalla spa in lieu of their own pool (but the hotel's other spa features and well-equipped gym are up and running). Staying for 4 days we were invited to a "behind the scenes" tour of the hotel followed by champagne and canapes, which was quite a treat. Serene and peaceful, this is not a hotel (or a town, come to that) for hip excitement, but if you want impeccable service and understated elegance, it's highly recommended.

We have stayed at the Brenners Park a number of times and it never disappoints. The decor is understated elegance, the service is friendly and attentive without being overpowering, and the spa is one of the best we've experienced. Guest rooms are extremely well thought out, and the bathrooms are the best hotel bathrooms ever (think heated floors!) This is a place to go to relax and unwind. In good weather, there are beautiful gardens and a charming town to explore, as well as the surrounding Black Forest region. In bad weather, there's no need to ever leave the hotel.....you can curl up in front of the fire in the living room, or have a delicious meal at the Michelin 2 star restaurant. The fabled concierge, Mr. Moretti, has retired, but service in the concierge area does not seem to have suffered.

Just the best Christmas markets ever most fabulous hotel nothing too much trouble so kind To our child and ourselves better than the ritz and raffles combined! Kids club was fab too!

We stayed during Oktoberfest and were greeted with a couple of huge mugs and local brew. It only got better from then on. The room was excellent, the staff impeccable, and the park around it was perfect. The choice of pillows was a nice treat. Our stay in Baden-Baden was greatly enhanced by lodging here.
