“Very good”

Very handy laptops with wifi on offer, free of charge, just needed your passport as a deposit. The room was a good size and beds were surprisingly comfy, neighbouring rooms were quiet ensuring a pleasant stay and a good night’s sleep.
The room was really modern and really clean. They also had information about bed bugs, encouringing guests to report them so they could use special heaters in the room to get rid of them, most hostels don't even mention this so it was good to know that they were on top of it and not ignoring the problem, which can happen in any hostel/hotel.
They also offered a 'free pasta night' and a 'free cinema' night (where guests got to vote on a choice of three DVDs to be played in the common room) as well as access to a kitchen, the hostel its self was not on the safest of streets but heavy doors ensures the hookers, drug dealers, thieves, crack heads are kept outside where they belong.

“Clean hostel, close to the train station. Rough neighborhood.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 November 2011

Stayed in Five elements for few days. Very well kept facility, clean, friendly staff. Few minutes walking distance to the main train station. Neighborhood is rough. Close to the red light district, seen drug dealing from the window of the hostel. Left my camera in the lobby, was really happy to get it back from the staff the next morning.

“Fun staff and great facilities”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

The hostel is in a dodgy area but very easy access from the main station. The staff wwere super friendly and the rooms nice and large. Great showers (no timers) and large lockers under the bed. The night tour is well worthwhile and the kitchen is very clean and capable of cooking up a feast.
