We stayed at the above mentioned for 5 nights, with its stylized look and contemporary feel, the reviews i read lived up to good expectation. BREAKFAST is very expensive at approx 11 euro a head.....and with no kettle or tea making facility is falls short of expectation in a 4 star hotel. Local to the airport, and if you fancy a long walk to the center , (approx 30mins) of town and port, however cabs are around 6 euro.
There is not much happening around the hotel, so expect to make regular visits to the town.
Malaga, site seeing is a day trip at the most,. Picasso museum , however do take as stroll thru the winding streets near the main square, a real treat and some good bargains . what is recommended are local cheap transport from the Malaga centre to other coastal delights, Nejra caves is a must , at around 4.50 euro makes an excellent day trip approx 1hr.30 mins coach trip.whist in nejra ,and nearby .... do visit the Balcony of Europe, very impressive views, the restaurant under the balcony.. its breath taking I think Toromolinos 30mins away ... is a big no... very tacky and fast food outlets depress the place, maybe it caters for some..but not all...SURELY..
Overall , enjoyed our stay , the weather was nice even if it was in Jan .. slight winds but generally very pleasant.
