Well placed hotel to explore Palma. It has been refurbished and now looks very modern. The rooms are on the small side (we didn't upgrade) but were very clean. I think it's a bit mean to only have tea and coffee making facilities in 'premium rooms'. Breakfast was very good with cava available - a nice touch. It was my Mum's 80th birthday while we were there and without prompting the hotel left a card and small bottle of cava in her room which was really nice. All the staff were very helpful. This is our 3rd visit and would still go back again.

We booked two rooms in August with the family. Very nice small hotel facing the Marina separated by the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A lot of nearby restaurants. If anyone likes walking long distance this is the place to stay.

Room tip: Rooms facing the Marina are very nice. Although divided by the main road but you cannot hear the noise if the windows are closed. Sitting at the balcony may be a bit uncomfortable due to the cars but the view is beatiful

Great situation on sea front. Rooms modern and clean, premium rooms have best views and quieter. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, shower room perfect, large and modern. Breakfast good although occasional wait for hoy food if busy times. Close to town centre and directly overlooking harbour and marina. Loads of cafes etc nearby. No entertainment in hotel, but sufficient in Palma. Pool small but cooling after sun. Sun beds sufficient during weekdays but busy weekends. Would recommend and stay again.

Room tip: Premium room a must ! Higher floors so less noise from road.

A perfect stay for four nights. We had a familyroom and it was very appreiciated by the children. The solution with movable beds was nice. We missed readinglights for the lower beds. Perfect breakfast with much to eat and with perfect quality. We had a balcony and stayed at second floor. Its very close the road and the sound from the cars made it impossible to use the balcony,

Just returned from 7 days at the Costa Azul in Palma what a great Hotel we had room 700 looking over the marina and the Cathedral the room was well appointed excellent shower immaculately clean. We sat on the balcony on an evening having a glass of wine, watching life go by and the cruise ships sailing off to their next port of call. The service from all of the staff was fabulous, the food was good in the restaurant great choice and show cooking by the chef for breakfast and dinner adding to all this the weather was circa 30 C every day. after a day out a pint of San Miguel in the bar was 2.5 Euros Bill & Jean Co Durham

Room tip: Go for premium room upper floors on the front of the Hotel
