Polite staff, beautiful hotel, great service. I look forward to visiting this hotel again.

I have now stayed here 3 times on business and found the hotel clean and organised.
The staff are all generally friendly (one, the night porter not so much).
A short (20 min) walk takes you into Parma, which I have found the time for on just one occasion.
Food in the restaurant is adequate, but I would recommend that if you were on holiday staying here you may want to venture in to Parma itself where there are some excellent restaurants.
This is my hotel of choice when staying in Parma and would recommend it for those on business trips and short 2-3 day breaks.

I have stayed here with my family for 2 days and we have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we are very satisfied with the service offered. The rooms are very clean, well organised, high speed wi-fi, and the most important is the warm hospitality of the staff; they answer to every question one might have. The location of the hotel is perfect for those who come with cars while for others the bus passes right at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my family of four during our Christmas vacations' trip in Emiglia Romana. The room was very big and comfortable and the position of the hotel was very convenient for having quick access to the motorway. The hotel is a bit far from the city center of Parma, but this was not a problem for us, since the schedule of our trip was to travel all around the area with our car. The breakfast was very good, with a very big variety of options, including delicious local products, like prosciutto and Parmesan cheese. The hotel restaurant was also convenient, with a bit small portions though... Concluding, I would definitely suggest this hotel to a family with small kids.
