Great breakfast ,regular buses close by ,very clean hotel , ex front of house, free fruit near the lift , ex value would stay again

Stayed here three nights in 2 visits. Facilities are good but they need more staff and there appears to be little or no maintenance on the facilities. The bar did not open until 6pm and the restaurant at 7.45pm. This may be fine for Italians but not, I suggest for most Europeans. Also, on one evening the bar staff failed to appear. Reception staff were generally very helpful and we were upgraded free of charge to a suite for our second visit. However, while the extra space and facilities were very welcome, the plug on the Jaccuzzi bath could not be lifted and at least one of the jets did not work. This resulted in water being left in the bath all night. Location not ideal but by using taxis was perfectly acceptable.

I biiked here with Lastminute.com. I went this weekend to slow cheese in Bra and decided to stay here as it was easy regarding the airport. From the airport you take the train to Dora and than you walk to the hotel in 10 minutes. And from the hotel to the Porta Nuova station is one bus, no. 52. But it does not run on Sundays! Take then the 46 to Porta Susa and then the underground to the station. So great connections from the hotel. The neighbourhood is residential, so nothing to do around the hotel, but then I did not come for that. I came for the room and the good breakfast. The first morning though there was a rush in the breakfast room and they could not supply enough of everything fast enough. A minor glitch in otherwise a good hotel. I do agree that not supplying WiFi in this age and in this type of hotel is somethig that has to be corrected.

Very comfortable room, serviced daily, just out of the centre, ok for walking and buses nearby. excellent breakfast included. Professional and friendly staff.
I left our passports behind and they tried very hard to contact me - phoning 2 overseas numbers and emailing. They also refused to accept a tip for their efforts.
