As a non-flyer, holidays are usually UK based for us - but this year we took the overnight sleeper from Paris to Venice - and the Palazzo Odoni was the perfect final destination. Very frendly service, lovely comfortable room, excellent breakfast. They are very used to people arriving and leaving outside of 'room available' hours and aligned to a train timetable! And this was all handled with very welcoming service and hospitality - bags could be left, there was a bathroom for freshening up and a very welcome cup of coffee on arrival. Its in a great part of the city - with lots of really good restaurants nearby, a sensible walk from the station even with bags. Loved it.

Ideally situated close to P. Roma (car parks) and the train station without the inconvenience, it is off the main path to Rialto and S. Marco, the hotel is hidden behind classical venetian doors.
The staff is extremely friendly friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is of excellent quality and offers a wide choice of food.
If you plan a stay in Venice, either as a couple or with young kids this is definitely a place you need to put on your list.

Beautiful setting behind a typically unassuming Venetian door. Breakfast is superb with the quality of the fayre as good as any we've had. Comfortable rooms and hotel is easily accessible from the train/bus station whilst still being amongst the beautiful old buildings you'd expect from Venice.
