Disgusting - Do not book this price-gouging hotel. They canceled my reservation under the pretense that my very valid credit card did not work. I called them 10 times to give them another method of payment. They unilaterally canceled my reservation only to bring the availability of the room at $100 more per night. Do not trust these people. Do not book with them

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was modern and beautifully furnished. The hotel kept our luggage after checkout so we could explore the city without lugging our cases around. The hotel is in an excellent location, I'd highly recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great central location to sites. You walk down the cobblestone street and it opens up into the main plaza with an up close view of the Duomo. If you don't pay close enough attention you will walk right past the hotel entrance, so keep you eyes peeled. There is a small lift so if you are traveling with a group or large luggage you will have to make a few trips. The room accommodations are clean and average. We had a private room with a bathroom ensuite. Morning breakfast consists of Italian pastries, jams, etc. The front desk staff is was very helpful. There is also a small "grocery" store on the same street as the hotel so if you forget/need anything that is convenient. All in all I would recommend staying here because of the central location and clean private rooms.

We, with my wife and 10 months our baby stayed here in the period from 17 june to 15 june. Our room was overlooking the street, as we have good views. The price performance is ok, and we felt very comfortable there. Room cleaning is ok. You get 3 keys, one is for outside door, another is for interior front door and room key.

Hotel with an excellent location in the historic center of Florence, and also close to the train station (8 minutes walk). Newly renovated room and bathroom, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, with enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff friendly and very helpful. No breakfast. The price was a bit high for the characteristics of this accommodation, but in Florence we couldn't find cheaper in an equivalent hotel.

Lovely little hotel with comfy beds, clean rooms and the world's narrowest elevator. It's a little bit of a strange one, being upstairs in a gorgeous old building with modern, almost scandic design. The staff are cheerful, helpful and have lots of good ideas for visits. Oh, and it's a 10 minute walk to everywhere! I'd recommend it.

This hotel is perfectly placed. Its right near the major attractions. Its cheap and cheerful. The staff are all lovely. It's a bit rough. For one, some of the rooms you have to share a bathroom and toilet with other rooms. We were told our room was shared bathroom so we paid more each night to have our own bathroom right across the hall from our room. When we got to our bathroom, the toilet was dirty and there were used tampons in the bin. It says all cleaned by the next day. The rooms don't have AC, they have fans which work really well. Basically, it's cheap and cheerful in a fantastic location but if you want your own bathroom then go elsewhere. We chose not to have the breakfast, we ate out, there's McDonald's right round the corner. Great location though and the staff are lovely.

Centrally located, gave us excellent advice on available tours which made our stay a memorable one. Without that advice we could have a totally different stay in Florence. The Centro is well located a stone throw away from everything. Enjoyed our stay.

I cannot praise this hotel enough!! The staff were just absolutely incredible, so helpful and welcoming and always going out of their way, no matter what time of day. The room was great and everything was very clean. An added bonus was that despite our booking being for a shared bathroom we got our own one all to ourselves. A nice little result I would say!! The location of the hotel was perfect, you literally couldn't have got any closer to the centre. However this does have a downside, as we learnt the hard way on the first night. We slept with the window open and had the worst night sleep of our trip because of the noise. The following nights we made sure the window was closed and the fan was on. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Florence, great place, great people and great value for money!!
