I have stayed several times in this hotel, so there were no surprises.
The hotel is modern, rooms are nice and comfortable.
The location is ideal, just off one of the central avenues of Lisbon , but not on the avenue itself sparing you the noise of the incessant traffic.
On the other hand part of the rooms facing the front of the hotel , when their windows are open, can hear the workings of some huge air conditioner compressors of the building next door.
.
If you are a member of their frequent stayer program (join on the spot) the internet in the room is free. Otherwise there is a small business centre with computers and a printer.
You can also use the much bigger business centre of the “Tivoli Lisbon” , from the same chain and just around the corner.
Parking is available.
Breakfast is ok, with all the trimmings, except that if you order coffee from the “espresso machine” instead of the standard one avaliable, they will charge you for it,
I think that for a 4 star hotel that charges 160 euro a night, this is an unnecessary stinginess.
There are loads of good eateries at short walking distances, so avoid the hotel restaurants
which are expensive and not good enough.
