High quality hotel!

Estive hospedado neste hotel já por varias vezes e sempre que vou a Lisboa é o meu hotel de eleição. Bem localizado para o dia a visitar Lisboa e para a noite ir até ao Parque das Nações a um dos vários bares ou para ver um concerto no Pavilhão Atlântico, ou seja tudo isto a escaços 5 minutos a pé do hotel. Geralmente fico nas suite Júnior que são espaçosas o que e óptimo para quem tem um miúdo com 2anos com vontade de correr tudo. Além disso e óptimo poder dar umas braçadas na piscina interior aquecida, relaxar no jacuzzi e no final um banho turco ou sauna. No final para um jantar com um bom ambiente sugiro o restaurante VIII colina, o restaurante é panorâmico pois fica no 18 andar com umas vistas excelentes sobre o parque das Nações e o rio Tejo. O único senão a meu ver é o restaurante gril Hippotamus que é demasiado pequeno para servir jantares e pequenos almoços em alturas em que o hotel está com muita gente, torna-se muito quente e desconfortável. Mas no geral é um hotel que recomendo sem qualquer duvida seja a quem for.

Just 1.5 miles from the airport, free wi-fi, close to the central city, railway station: all this makes Tivoli an ideal place to stay for the travelers. Spacious rooms, cordial and polite staff and room amenities add to the positives of this place. The view outside the rooms is normal but that hardly matters for business travelers. The hotel provides the facility of conference room. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to the travelers going to Lisbon.

The Hotel's location is across the street from Oriente Station. This is a main railroad, metro, and bus transportation hub that enables you to travel to most central Lisbon attractions and beyond to Estoril. Center city is 20-40 minutes depending on your destination. Both the Lisbon metro and buses are an excellent and safe means of transportation. The Hotel is only about a five minute ride from the airport, and could actually be considered an off airport hotel. You can see it from the airport. For 3.55 Euros the Yellowbus company has a aeroshuttle bus to Oriente Station operating mostly every 30 minutes and from the dropoff spot it is 1-1/2 block walk to the hotel. However hold onto your bus ticket as for the next 24 hours you can have free public bus transportation in Lisbon and discounts on Yellowbus Tours. Taxi transportation to/from Lisbon's ports take about 20 minutes and costs about 10 Euros. Across the street from Oriente Station is the Vasco de Gama shopping mall with 3 floors of stores including a multiplex cinema and a hugh supermarket on the ground floor. The hotel staff is most accommodating and courteous. The Hotel has an indoor swimming pool and sauna/steam bath facilities which were great to use after a long flight or a busy sightseeing day. Breakfast is a beautiful and plentiful buffet served in their restaurant Hippopotamus. The only disadvantage of this hotel is you won't get the feeling of actually being in Lisbon-it could be anywhere. To get to see historical Lisbon and eat at good Portuguese restaurants you must travel to central city locations. However for convenience, transportation location, and value Hotel Tivoli Oriente is an outstanding choice and I would not hesitate to return there.
