The hotel staff very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the Plaka District as well as to the Acropolis and the National Gardens. Room is quite spacious and clean. Generously sized bedroom with comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was good. Lobby's free internet and printer was useful for travel arrangements.

A brilliant hotel in a great location, right in the centre of Athens. Rooms are clean and spacious, you have to pay for internet but it is ok, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a wide choice to appeal to all and a cappuccino machine.

“Good Hotel Bad internet connection”

We are now for 4 nights in Amalia hotel Athens the location is central, near the bus or Metro to the Airport. The crew is very professional and polite the room is Delux this means toward the garden and the main road, nice view from the sixth floor. Breakfast is very rich buffet. The only defect on this hotel is the internet connection, on and off every few minutes sometimes every few seconds. Very poor and slow wifi connection. You get a code for 24 hours at 5 Euro. By this connection you cannot use the SKYPE just checking your emails. I'm very disappointed from this WIFI. This is the reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side are quieter but from the front you have a great view. Remember that in the w...

Room Tip: superior rooms are fine
