My arrival was late coming from the airport; I did phone on my arrival at the airport to confirm I was coming, and it took a long time for the call to be answered. On arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. It was a hot evening, not helped by no air-conditioning in the room. The room was of an adequate size, with good reading material on the town. The shower was excellent. The buffet breakfast was ok, with an adequate choice, although the cold drink dispenser was only giving out water from 3 of the taps. Check out was quick with friendly staff. The hotel had free wi-fi in the lobby. I would stay again if passing through Nykoping.

Was booked in to this hotel through a local contact because all major hotels in the surrounding area were fully booked. The hotel is quite close to the city centre and is built in an old soap factory! Assume the owners decided that a hotel was the way to go when the soap factory went out of business. The rooms are in the old office block and are massive by European standards. It has a well equipped gym and lots of conference rooms. My stay included the standard European breakfast and also dinner! Unfortunately it was only a sausage casserole, but when every thing else is closed in the town it's a good option. They must also serve the cheapest beer in Sweden! Don't expect to be overwhelmed by people as it was VERY quiet during my stay. It has all the standard business accessories and in a strange quirky way is a good option for business travellers.
