This hotel could not possibly be any more convenient to those who have an overnight layover in Paris. The train station is just below this property and you can be in Paris having dinner in less than an hour. There is a nice bar in the hotel and a nice business center. Very nice and professional front desk staff.

Have stayed at other Paris airport hotels (Novatel and Hilton) and this is the best to my knowledge. Obviously this is not a hotel to stay at if you're in Paris for more than 1 night but for a layover or early morning flight it's just perfect. Smack bang in the middle of T2 (the others are a 10 min shuttle ride away) and right above the RER / metro station with trains into the city it's so convenient!

Staff / service are good - efficient and helpful. We had experienced N issue with our booking (confusion with dates as the website used the US month, day, year system) so our booking was for June instead of Feb and they kindly moved the booking and charged it at the same room rate.

Rooms are very nice and well appointed overlooking the planes and train station but well sound proofed so you can't hear a thing. Bed was huge but, as is so often the case in France, with too soft pillows. Bathroom is nice but bath was none-too-clean and had a strange metal / mirror door that didn't shut properly which prevents any privacy. The room service had good options and tasty food but that p,us all the extras (mini bar / wifi) are pretty expensive.

I agree with the positive reviews. Perfect location in terminal 2 (especially if your flight departs in that terminal) & metro station is a few steps away. Front desk personnel very professional & courteous. Very quiet inside the rooms. Rooms excellent. A little pricey but you pay for convenience. You wouldn't want to spend your Paris vacation here since 45 minute metro ride to center of town. But excellent for last night before morning flight.

It’s the only hotel physically located at the airport terminals so if you just want to sleep at CDG it would be a good option. But if you looking for more, it might be worth taking a shuttle or a taxi outside of the airport.

The good:

1. Location, walking distance to Terminal 2 and the train station
2. Sound proof. Great job on sound proofing the rooms and the interior lobby.
3. Restaurants. Hotel restaurant seems good but expensive. You can easily walk to one of the restaurants at the terminal including a few fast food restaurants. I ate at Hippocampus which was good and reasonably priced.


Room for improvement:

1. Update the phone system. The phones are very old and they should cable manage the desk wiring.
2. Bathroom door. The doors do not stay open and the hardware falls apart (the door knob comes out)
3. Shower drain. The shower gets flooded and you need to turn the water off in order avoid a flooding.
4. Update the TV software system. It seems to work slow and not easy to operate. Does not offer express checkout.
5. Fitness room. It was nicely redone, however a laminate floor in the free weights area is not a good idea (floor is already got damaged.)
