“Excellent location to get around Sydney”

Situated right next to central station it's a good base to stay to get around Sydney. Rooms were above average and the staff were helpful,gave us a room upgrade which was nice. One negative is the pool area which was very small considering the size of the hotel.
TIP: taxi rank next to hotel

“Lets go to work”

Arrived at 8.15pm for one night, met by friendly staff, room although small was clean and tidy, the only thing I didn't like was the white and yellow tiles in the bathroom. Nice size TV. Two double beds in the room, nice pillow menu to choose from and I had a lovely night sleep. Location in Sydney is great. Ordered room service which was brought up in a very timely manner.

“A night for work”

I was required to go to Sydney overnight for a conference the following day. I arrived at about 8.15pm and was meet by some friendly reception staff who had me booked in quickly and efficiently. I ordered room service, which was served well within the time I had been quoted. The room had two double size beds and a decent size TV. There was no mini bar in the room although I had been told there was - not to worry I wasn't going to raid it anyway. In the morning I noticed there was a vending machine of sorts in the lift lobby. The room was quite small but then again I was there by myself. The only thing I really didn't like was the yellow and white floor tiles in the bathroom. Very good location in Sydney.

I can confirm that we have now installed mini-bars in all guests rooms so there is no longer the need to access the Smart Bars in the hallway. We hope that this is a convenient addition to our guest experience.
I can also confirm that during 2012 all guest rooms will be renovated and I am certain all guest will be impressed with the changes.

“OK stay”

The hotel is cleana nd tidy but I was very disappointed with the service. I had a family room with a king size bed, sofa and a roll away. When we got to the room the rollaway was not in it. I immediately rang house keeping and they said they would bring it up. We got back to the room in the afternoon to get changed and go to dinner and the rollaway was still not there, again called and they said they would bring it up. Finally got home at 2am and guess what no rollaway, someone from hosue keeping did bring it up this time and then was cranky at me, if they'd bought it up the first 2 times neither of us would of had to be cranky!
