“Greeted with a Smile”

On arrival to hotel I was greeted with a smile from the Front desk staff. My check in took no time at all.

My room was pristine clean and a view of Darling Harbour was a bonus.

The bed was extremely comfortable however I personally like firmer pillows.

We are glad you found our accommodation rooms spacious, with an amazing view of Darling Harbour and also clean to the highest standard.

Traveller, in regards to the soft pillow, may I suggest upon your next stay you refer to the Pillow Menu which is in your room and request the type of pillow of the menu that suits your needs.

The hotel was in the perfect location, so central to everything. Service was great and everything was very clean and quiet. My only concern was the cost of parking. We would definitely stay there again.

“Great value”

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here last weekend. We had booked a room with 2 double beds for $411, including breakfast for 4 on a saturday night. When we arrived in the room there was also a day bed. I asked housekeeping for extra sheets and a duvet and they offered to make up the day bed for no extra charge. I also changed our pillows for no extra charge. All beds and pillows were very comfortable. We used the small gym in the morning - only 4 exercise machines and swam in the pool. Sadly no time for tennis. We were very happy with the any day any session Harry potter exhibition tickets in the Powerhouse museum which were included in our room ticket. 24 hour parking was only $40. Breakfast was great too.

NM199545, I am very pleased to hear you had a really enjoyable experience during your recent stay at Novotel Darling Harbour.

I understand you were able to use our Pillow Menu, which allows guests, such as yourselves to pick the pillow they are most comfortable with.

Our hotel certainly offers many facilities and services to our guests to utilise whilst enjoying their stay and I am glad to hear you were able to experience these. We hope you enjoyed the Harry Potter exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum.
