Stayed overnight for a business trip. The hotel looks stunning as your walk in, so I expected there to be a decent level of service. Such a let down. At the reception desk the girl asked for my name and credit card to check me in, asked me to sign a receipt, and then put my cc and room card on the desk and walked away. Errr...how about telling me what floor I'm on? How about telling me where the elevators are? I guess I just had to figure that out for myself. The room was quite nice. The beds have feather overlays which feel very comfortable, but I find difficult to sleep on as they mold around you and make it impossible to move. I ordered room service as I got in quite late. They couldn't make a steak sandwich as they were out of stock (!), so I ordered a burger instead. They said it would be an hour wait (again (!)) and true to their word it took at least that long to arrive. And when it did, it was cold. And dripping blood everywhere. My only consolation is that work was paying for it, not me. By this stage it was too late to complain and I didn't want to wait another hour....such a shame that this hotel doesn't offer the full experience - great amenities AND great service.

I sincerely apologise for the sub-standard level of service you were subjected to during your stay.
