I stayed here after paying for a mystery night in Sydney. Check in was ok, but not overly friendly. The room was a bit worn (carpet a little stained) and the TV was in a cabinet to the side of the bed. The bath was good though, nice and deep. Room service...well...I asked for a Baileys and milk at about 1 in the morning, but was told that room service was not available. I opened 2 bottles of Kahlua, one which was Kahlua and one that was water...or something else. I asked for room service to bring another 2 bottles as i did not trust what I had pored. I asked the room service guy to wait while I pored the bottles he had brought and the same thing happened. One Kahlua and one bottle that was something else. I asked room service to come back with a real drink and did not see him again. My friend asked for a Taxi and there was much confusion about that too. Definitely a hotel trying to be five star, but they don't know where to start when it comes to customer service. Would not recommend it.
