Stayed at the Quest for a few nights in December 2011. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which also had 2 bathrooms. Very close to the mall & many restaurants / bars. The customer service here was awesome, I left a bottle of moet in the freezer & reception did not hesitate to run up & take it out for me at no charge! I would definitely stay there again!!

A good location, short walking distance to the important things - shopping, food, transport. The kitchen was very well stocked equipment wise. A mini bar might have been nice as I was in a pinch for some bottled water, luckily there were a number of convenience stores nearby.

Water pressure wasn't the best. The bathroom was covered with mildew and not of the best quality. Pros, there is a fully equipped laundry. Didn't make much use of it during my short term stay. Construction starts at 6am, with trucks and sirens audible on the lower floors. The lower floors are car park floors, and felt a little dodgy.

I enjoyed my 4 day stay there. They staff were very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was a good size with all the needed facilities. The air conditioning worked (two units), the bed was comfortable.
The hotel is located well, and away from the more hilly areas of the city; a short walk to the shopping, the river, public transport (although probably not the train), and the Botanical Gardens.

A few a somewhat negative comments:
- The amount of water coming from the shower was not really acceptable.
- There is some building construction on two sides of the hotel, both in early stages. Work does not start until 7am and ends before 5pm, so it should not cause a problem.
- The pool is good, but it a lap pool, and with two people in it you get close to brushing against each other if you do not watch out.

Two more things of notes:
- Some of the lower floors have apartments accessible through a car-park.
- The locking of the door was not automatic, if it is not locked from the inside, then enter from the outside is possible.

great location, fairly central to everything you need. Apartment was bright and cheery with nive granite counter tops. The fake wood floor it pretty cheap looking. Staff at the from desk very helpful especially with respect to problems. I stayed there for five nights. Air conditioning didn't work for the first four nights. Sleep with the windowns open -it was OK but very noisy with trucks and construction nearby. After day two I reported it to the from desk. Took them two days before someone came in to fix it and then, 30 minutes and it was working again. On my last night the internet connection stopped working (who uses line connections anymore??). To their credit they did refund my internet connection fee but I'd rather have a working line. Also did not have hot water on one evening. If you need to talk to the desk about this, you must do it before about 10pm, otherwise the desk is unmanned. In my opinion, for the same money you can find better.
