We stayed at this resort this year in middle of January as this was our second time at Surf Parade Resort . We decided to book this resort while we where driving from Melbourne to Gold Coast. We had a very nice and smooth afterhours check in with lots of informations on what to do . We booked a 1 bedroom apartment facing the ocean , not much to see from the ocean from level 5 . The apartment was clean and with comfortable and a bit of outdated furniture. The bathroom was clean, the washing machine and the drier in perfect conditions. Every night we had a very nice walk from Broadbeach to the center of Surfers Paradise on the beach as there are no grossery shops from where to buy food and drinks in the imediate vecinity of the resort.the swimming pool and the spa where great for adults and kids with great conditions for swimming and sunbathing if you do not like the beach. Overall we where very happy and we had a nice stay at Surf Parade Resort.

Spent 15 nights here in January and February. Very nice accommodation with the washing machine & tumble drier especially useful. Kitchen well stocked with fridge, freezer and micro wave. We were lucky to have a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view of the ocean and I would recommend anyone booking makes every effort to reserve one of these. You just could not beat breakfast or a nightcap on the balcony with that type of view. We found the location very good, lying between the more hectic Surfers Paradise or slightly more sedate Broad Beach areas. Easy walking distance to either along the beach. People very helpful, especially when we were trying to book and could not confirm dates due to problems with flights. Would make more use of the swimming pool and bbq next trip as time just ran away from us. Overall, really good value and will hopefully return. One suggestion (and this is really just a suggestion and no criticism) would be the provision of a safe or security box in the room (unless we missed it).

Where to start..... I checked in for 4 weeks holiday and stayed for four months!!!! The resort managers - Cathy and James made me feel so welcome, that I almost felt part of the family. I enjoyed staying in the apartment on the ground level with a very large courtyard, and the tennis court and swimming pool on my back door step. James was a regular feature hosing down the pathways and making sure that the grounds were always immaculate - and Cathys smiling, happy and helpful manner on reception always made coming and going a pleasure. Without a doubt, the Surf Parade Resort is "one of a kind" and whomever has the good fortune to stay at the Resort will have a fabulous holiday. I was sad to leave the week before Christmas, but will certainly return agan in the future. Thank you so much to Cathy and James.

Stayed here recently for two nights in a 1 bedroom apartment with views of the ocean. The apartments are small but well decked out. You have your own kitchen, bathroom including laundry, and balcony to enjoy the views. Very pleasant in the evening sitting on the balcony. The beach is about 5 minute walk away - plus the pool is good here. The tennis court is also great. Itis good value for this part of town.

The location is also good - inbetween Surfers Paradise and Broadwater so not too noisy. You can easily walk to Broadbeach for shops and restaurants. Broadbeach has better restaurants in my opinion. There are actually a few good restaurants just within a couple of blocks of the hotel - which are better value.

When I knew I had to stay in Gold Coast for a couple of nights I used Trip Advisor to make a choice and this is what I chose - once again using Trip Advisor helped me make a good choice.
