Stayed at this hotel on a Wotif deal. Old style room which which was nice but a bit small lacking natural light.

The staff on reception were very helpful. The restaurant was nothing special. I had a very long wait for a meal.

Good location- but that's not hard in Adelaide which is a walkable city. Everything needed updating and 2 not nice cleanliness experiences- bathroom really hadn't been cleaned properly and I also found chewing gum on my foot after walking barefoot on the bedroom carpet...

Great location, close to shopping, eating out, Adelaide oval and entertainment venues. Easy walking distances.
Easy to catch tram to Glenelg for beach,more sight seeing ,shopping and resturaunts.
Rooms are nice very clean if a bit old now. Comfy beds, good showers with big soft towels.
Air conditioning works a treat and new TV with digital stations was a good size, also didnt notice any noise from outside at all :)
Staff pleasant and all smiling (to me that means a happy workplace !) Pool and spa (spotlessly clean) are hidden in the basement with a small gym next door. First time we stayed we were upgraded to a spa room which was a great surprise (hence I didnt see the pool/spa area) ,this time I called for their best rate and was happy with price and room which was ok for the one night stay but would prefer something bigger if staying longer.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and found staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and very clean. Our only negative thoughts on the experience would be that the hotel could do with an update. The restaurant was very uninviting, dark with drab decor. We never saw more than one table occupied for evening dinner which reflected the ambiance of the restaurant. Continental breakfast was basic but we found adequate. It was functional for an overnight stay but not for a mini holiday.
