Thanks for telling us about your stay here at the Ibis in Perth. I'm very sorry about the misunderstanding regarding your credit card payment. We simply take your card details when the booking is made to hold the room for you until you arrive. Perhaps going forward we will make this clearer to our guests at the booking stage.

“Not Bad”

Good points -
Location, Freindly helpful staff, always clean rooms and modern.

Bad Points -
Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours with ease. In the past this has kept me up or woken me in the early hours of the morning.
Also, last time I stayed I got charged twice on my credit for a room that my work paid for, took almost 2 weeks to sort and get my money back, though I must say Ella Del Valle was very helpful in making this possible.

“Central and good value”

Perth is going gangbusters and if you are looking for good location at fair price Ibis does it pretty well. I have stayed here many times and have never been unhappy. It is mid range quality but certainly comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful, menu and room service are OK and fair price also. Located 5 minutes from CBD shops and plenty of options nearby for most tastes.

Room Tip: Choose your room so you are not facing Murray St
