It's in a nice place and everything works efficiently. They do seem to be gradually updating it (restaurant was closed for this) but it would be nice if price reflected current decor and cleanliness.
Recommended as a staging post if you're moving to Perth but not much more.

we magew a good choice booking on line a 2 bedroom hotel apartment in Mounts Bay Village.Our 2 bedroom apartment was very large with 2 sepertae large bedrooms ,kitchen and good laundry.Very modern complex with good 2 pools and very nice restaurant to have breakfast.Secxured accommodation in a very close to the city center area and near the free bus shuttle to the main city locations.Good value for families

The Mounts Bay Waters Apartment is very close to King's Park, the CDB and the jetty, just in front of one CAT bus stop (free bus service). Convenience shops are not close on the other hand (the one attached is closed and on sale). The complex is modern, very clean, good cleaning service. Basic furniture, nothing fancy but ok. Sofas were a little bit old. Basic kitchenware, some bigger pans/pots would have been useful to prepare dinners more easily. Toilet amenities consist of one liquid product suitable for both shower and shampoo. Our apartment did not have a view, but it was better because the front apartment are probably noiser because of the main road. Air conditioning in the living room, one fan to share for the two bedrooms. The receptionists are all very kind, we were allowed to enter the apartment even if we arrived much earlier than usual check-in time. Overall it was good, although slighty lower than expectations, considering stars and price. Stairs to enter the building and the reception areas are not very convenient with heavy luggage.

Usually stay in another hotel in Perth, but the change to Mounts Bay waters Apartment Hotel certainly was a good decision. We rated it as highly as any hotel we've stayed in.
4.5 star service in all areas. We arrived early, the morning after the hotel had been completely booked,, and they still found us a room immediately; we needed something for the room and it was there in five minutes.The communal facilities are great-pool,tennis court,free security car parking and very nice restaurant. Very spacious and nice accommodation at very reasonable rate!
