I booked this room as a secret deal on WOTIF. Paid $140 p/n Which I thought was a great deal. Got to my king room and it was 2 single beds pushed together but they were different heights. Asked to change rooms and was told i would be downgrading from the package I paid. I didn't mind. Was moved to a room with 2 double beds and it was great! The only 'downgrade' was that I was moved down 7 floors but it didn't bother me at all. Staff were great and there was no issue in me changing rooms except they were concerned that i would be downgrading. Great hotel overall.

I arrived into the Pan Pacific at 5.30 am due to my flight being delayed 6 hours out of Singapore, I was tired and needed to rest up as I had a meeting at 9 am. The staff at check in were friendly, helpful even gave me a bigger room. I had forgotten my power adaptor they had one sent up to my room in 5 mins. I also had forgotten to bring a toothbrush they also supplied that very quickly to my room. They offered a wake up alarm just in case I needed it.

I had stayed at this hotel before but it was many years ago but even so they welcomed my back like I was a regular.

The rooms are getting a little tired now and could do with updating but they are clean.

The hotel its self still looks as grand as it used to back in the day.

I was only there for 2 nights but it was a very comfortable 2 nights My only piece of feedback is you need to be able to provide wireless internet,

Will stay there again upon my next business trip to Perth

On Sunday I , along with my friends had the pleasure of experiencing High Tea at The Pan Pacific, Perth. What a wonderful experience it was. The staff were so attentive ensuring your every need was catered for. The food was exceptionally nice and there are some subtle differences to High Tea that I have had in other restaurants in Perth, very nice differences I might add. The table was set out very well and as soon as something was finished with it was removed.
I have had the pleasure of experiencing High tea at Burj Al Arabs in Dubai and on a number of occasions at Raffles in Singapore. In my opinion Pan Pacific are certainly in the same category as these famous Hotels for High Tea. I will have to stay at the Hotel as I have stayed there on a number of occasions when it was the Sheraton and then I will write a review for Trip Advisor too. Do try it you won't be dissapointed.

Stayed for 3 weeks and was very pleased overall. Lovely & helpful staff, a beautiful room with river views, nice ambience and close to everything Perth has to offer.

I would have been mortified if I was paying, but thankfully work was picking up the tab. Meals were fairly pricey at over $40 for a main. Buffet got boring after a few days although the quality was top notch. Great waiters and waitresses though!

Less than 1 load of laundry cost over $170, I recommend the nearby Jacks Wash House which pick up and deliver laundry and cost me $20 for the same amount of clothes.

That aside I would have to say this is one of the nicer places I have been lucky enough to stay. Lovely pool, decent gym and a clean room every night when I got home from work was a luxury.

I could not recommend the hotel more, as long as you can afford it.
