Thank you for your honest review of the Mercure Perth. We are sorry to read that you did not have a good nights sleep as a result of the noisy pool pump. We will have our maintenance department look into this to further and have the matter rectified to prevent any disruptions to future guests. We appreciate you sharing your feedback.

“Mecure Perth Excellence”

I regularly stay at the fine hotel and have no hesitation recommending the Perth Mercure. Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, great rooms, good restaurant and of course a good bar. Your vehicle is securely parked and treated with care. This hotel is great for Families, Solo travellers, business people and is central to all activities and shopping in the central Perth location
