I stayed here for a second time during the Rugby World Cup in September. I was glad to find that it was still a good standard. The room had everything you could want, including a little kitchenette with utensils for cooking. Microwave, in-room safe, an air-conditioner and iron and board were all included. The bed was very comfy and the room was a good size. Everything was very clean.
My 2nd stay here certainly won’t be my last. Auckland City Hotel is a great option for Central Auckland. Highly recommended.

Good value hotel-rooms clean and spacious -staff helpful- location pretty good but bit of a walk uphill back to hotel -free 15 mins of internet use-avoid breakfast not good value-turn left and walk 200yds to cafe-Malay themed restaraunt -not used but offers discount for early dining

This hotel has great central location, close to many restaurants, attractions and the shops on Queen St. It was very good value for what was on offer. Not luxurious, but very clean, serviced every day and very quiet room, although located on a busy street.

A great hotel self contained Units, Modern European appliances, recently refurbished, clean, friendly helpful staff, handy to Auckland central.

Has underground secure parking for a fee.
