We stayed in a 2 bed unit. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The lounge area was a little chilly in the evening but the electric blanket warmed us up and we felt lovely and warm overnight.

Sons enjoyed the spa bath after a hard game of hockey, and enjoyed having a tv in their bedroom and not having to watch Dad's choice of programme!

Handy for the hockey turf which is literally at the end of the road (2 min walk).

Room tip: Avoid room 21 and 22 as they are right next to the road, we live in a rural house so are not used to the road noise and didn't enjoy it!

Such a nice place to stay, well priced, clean, warm and really quiet. Perfect little studio space for us with everything that we needed and fantastic spa bath to melt away the cold weather. Thank you, we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at 295 for 2 nights. After travelling from Christchurch and arriving late in the day without a booking we were made very welcome. We stayed in a studio room upstairs at the rear of the complex. Even though Tay Street is quite a busy street we heard very little street noise. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was excellent and access in and out of the complex was easy. It was also close to a supermarket and the city centre. There was a small hole in the kitchenette wall which was due to be repaired. We would certainly stay there again.

Clean, tidy and very welcoming host. Close to town, heaps of parking and easy check out. Despite being on a main road it wasnt noisey. Like the fact that I could charge back my meal. Would certain stay at the 295 on Tay again

We stayed at 295 on Tay Street with our family in the 3 bedroom motel - it was fantastic. Large living area for the kids to play, great bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen with everything you needed. Very reasonably priced, would definitely stay again and recommend to any families visiting Invercargill. Thank you for a great stay :-)
