It's a nice botel, cheap (comparing to other places nearby, even cheaper than most hostels) with great location. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price. Rooms are maybe not luxurious at all, but clean and with great view over the river. I really recommend this botel for those, who want to see the town, cause metro station is within short walking distance. Enjoy ;)

It's a hotel on the boat. It feels quite different and it was a unique experience! It's about 2-2.5 stars.
I did not expect much in terms of the interior decorations, etc. so I was pretty happy.
Metro and trams are 3-5 minutes walking. 5-6 stations from the Old Town and about 15 minute ride.
There are probably cheaper and closer hotels but this one provides a unique experience. We were having a breakfast on the top story of the boat. Also the food quality was not great - we were just sitting on the sun, looking at the river and enjoying the peaceful morning.

Room tip: Choose a room with a view to the river.

It's not a Holiday Inn, but it definitely fits in your pocket. I would recommend that while in Prague, enjoy the sights, and refer to the botel as a cute stay for the time that you are there.
We had a great time in Prague and the botel for our needs for a bed to sleep in and a door that locks.
As for the service, it was patchy at best, but we survived.

pretty good botel. localization is perfect if you want to visit center. you can left car on a guarded parking in hotel and hit town by metro or tram.
rooms were tiny but clean. beds a little tough and get separated during the night. really great viev for the river and wyscherad!
restaurant was clean, with good beers and nice bar attender. breakfast were decent.
staff nice and helpful.
I would recommend this botel for everybody who want good location for little price. one tip: request for a viev for the river when booking.

Hotel boat is quite big (bigger then other botels in Prague) and on very good position in city. Its very close on tube and also very close to bus station where starts and finish buses heading to south cities (Like Cesky Krumlov, etc). Twin room is significantly bigger then other botels in Prague but on everything you can feel and see that its original from socialism times. Room was clean, bathroom could be little bit cleaner, but its still on safe level. If you will be lucky and get room that is in direction of river you will experince genial calmness and very nice view in the middle of the city. And i personally love to be waken by ducks beneath the window which is very natural. Breakfast is nothing extra but if you need something special go to italian market over the street (i didnt notice unfortunatelly opening times) . Btw boat has very nice terrace with bar for afternoon beer etc..
