We stayed in this hotel twice for a 2 day stopover holiday on our way to Europe and back. The hotel staff is friendly and obliging. Our first room on the way over was nice but a bit crowded with the roll away bed that was added for my daughter. The room we were given on our 2nd stay was bigger with 2 doubles and suitable for a family of 3! WE loved the breakfast bar with a nice variety of european and asian food to choose from. We were quite jetlagged and booked a thai massage for each of us on the room, which was excellent and very affordable. There is also a nice big pool, a sauna and a gym. The agent in the lounge is very helpful if you want to book any trips. The hotel is very conveniently located at a the end of a big shopping mall with hundreds of thousands of shops and stalls with souvenirs, scarfs, clothes and restaurants on the 5th as well as a food hall on 6th floor. We liked eating and shopping there as the prices were good!

I have stayed at this hotel more than thirty times since 2004.Fine location next to MBK shopping centre and Siam Square with refurbished modern bedroom and bathroom.25 metre swimming pool and good fitness centre plus other sporting activities available plus an excellent breakfast.The only negative I can think of is room rates have risen from BT3000 to BT5000 during high season otherwise a top class hotel.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions through the years when visiting bangkok, although the last time was about 5 years ago before this visit. The Hotel is exactly what you want in a hotel. I had a really really comfy bed. I had a nice view from my room. You are also close to transport on the skytrain via MBK centre where you can shop for whatever you want. Breakfast at the pool bar was good, and the staff were all frindly and helpfull.

The only thing that could be a concern is the glass window between the bathroom and the main room. There is a blind here, but it is a little transperant. As I was staying on my own, i can't say too much of what you could see through.
There was a elephant made from one of the handtowels, which was a nice touch.

All In all i could not fault this hotel, and I would definitly stay here again.
Note for the hotel - the foyer is very dull and needs some colour to give it some life.

Great value & so close to everything .
If you are interested in shopping this is where you should stay .
So many department stores all within walking distance to this hotel. Department store for every
budget. Also close to sky rail & underground . Lovely staff . Good option also if travelling with children as they have lots of different kinds of rooms .
