lovely, amazing, and helpful staff, clean, stylish, comfy rooms, premium breakfast, superbe smoothies ... I could carry on, but it will all sum up in one word: FANTASTIC :)

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was great but for one thing: lack of wardrobe. Consequently all our things were spread all over the room. Besides this, everything was perfect especially the location. Early in the morning the next day after we arrived we found a river taxi and has a beautiful river trip. That was great!

My fiance and I spent three nights here. The staff was very friendly and extremely responsive via email during the reservation process and prior to our arrival. And the rooms were great! Large and bright and the artwork set the right tone for our trip. The kitchen provided my fiance with the "best smoothie he ever had" and the dining area was delightful - we enjoyed the family-friendly vibe. The staff was also helpful in providing assistance with transportation to the Koh Chang ferry as well as to/from the Bangkok airport. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

I wish there would be a Phranakron Nornlen in each and every city. I cannot remember a hotel made with more love. Unfortunately we couldn´t stay longer but we looking forward to our next trip to Bangkok and to your lovely smiles.
