We booked this hotel after reading all the good reviews and can only praise the wonderful, friendly customer service we received. The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal and withing easy walking distance of the town centre. We had a deluxe room which was nicely furnished and very spacious. It was lovely to come back after a hot day's shopping or sight-seeing and have a refreshing swim in the pool, where there were always clean towels and ample sun beds. Very good value for money.

We had a fantastic 24 hours at the Rimping Village. Staff is SO helpful, funny and kind. They even put a birthday cake in our room because it was my girlfriends birthday. Breakfast is great. Pool area is great. Room was fantastic. Being allowed to use their computers after check out, help with tuktuk to muay thai match etc. etc. If you want to treat yourself and be taken care of, this is the place to go.

The hotel is a lovely little oasis located down a quiet lane not far from the river. It is a short twenty-minute walk to the market, although it is a bit longer drive from the Saturday Night Market. The rooms are large and comfortable with all the amenities. There are computers available in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have just finished our 4 night stay at The Rimping Village Hotel and it has been delightful staying here. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience in Chiang Mai - their recommendations for tours and activities were excellent. The hotel was a quiet haven next to a busy city, with a lovely pool for relaxing at the end of the day. Breakfasts were delicious and filling, and our room was big and very comfortable. We also had first class airport transfers.
