Staying here currently rooms are 800/1000 thb per night and are clean modern and funky. Bargain. Rain showers, huge double beds, flatscreen tv, safe in room, free fast wifi, dvd player hire, 2 mins to ark and soi green mango. Having stayed in chaweng on several occassions this has been best value.
If you find ark bar turn right this place has tiamo coffee out front just past cloud bar
Only issue is the sour face attitude problem of one member of staff, service with a smile goes a long way! Rude, snappy and unhelpful which is a rareity here i was shocked!

We found this place by mistake after refusing to stay at the Island resort and spa. Cool idea converting a small shopping mall into a hotel. Great rooms, friendly staff and right in the middle of everything.

Stayed one night on my Samui trip in this hotel.

The hotel used to be a shopping/walking street in Samui and the rooms used to be small shops. Good sized room with nice rainfall shower. Room was clean and had free WiFi. TV channels were not so good and hotel do not have a pool or beach front access. Nice staff in Front Office. Bathroom towels and handtowels are falling apart. Needs to be changed ASAP.

Overall a good short stopover as we wanted to be close to the action of Chaweng for one last night. Sleep; forget it. They have a Cabaret show preforming in the same complex so impossible to sleep until early hours. If this is no problem for you, then book it, if not stay away.
