In a nutshell. Good value, nice pool and really relaxed. Agreed that it's out of the way but some prefer that. Only downside was that I thought the beds were done. They were hard. Food was also good. No atmosphere in resort as said but relaxing

This place was great we got a free transfer from the ferry and then to the airport when we were leaving. When we arrived we were greeted by Angus and his wife and shown to our room - rather than being asked for our passports and payment, it's a really relaxed atmosphere and Angus was more than willing to help with everything - a bike, where to go on the island etc. he also offered us a room after we checked out for a shower before we left. The restaurant there is great too with a large selection. Also DVD player in the room and there's a huge selection of free dvd's to watch. The rooms are huge and we had a front and back balcony. The pool is lovely too for those days we were too lazy to go to the beach! If you don't want to rent a bike there is a free shuttle to the beach every day! Excellent value for excellent service.

We are currently staying at this resort and plan to stay a week more. The rooms and food are excellent. The quiet location made this a perfect fit for us. We love being here.

Spent a week and could have stayed more! The stay was very relaxing, situated away from the hustle and bustle of other areas was just perfect for us. The Angus, Hom and the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, the lifts to and from Lamai were great. Pick up and drop off to the airport were much appreciated. The rooms very large, clean and well maintained. Pool and other facilities were always clean and well looked after. Food in the restaurant was very good and inexpensive. Unlike some more expensive establishments the Wi-Fi was free as for the desktop computer, much appreciated. At all times we felt welcome and almost at "home" it just had that feel to the place. For us the staff and location were second to none and will return again as soon as we can!
