Baboona is an excellent choice and value for money. It is located on the main road, just across from the beach. Stayed for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. I could have just stayed all day in my room if need be:)It is very clean and was definitely a little bit of luxurious living. Enjoyed the stay completely and would definitely go back!

Room tip: Try and get a room on with a front view. You will be overlooking the sea!

We booked Baboona Beachfront living online after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. The name had also intrigued us! The hotel is located bang opposite the Pattaya beach. The staff were quite friendly and assisted us quite a lot in travelling around Pattaya. The rooms were beautiful and the bathtub quite big. The mini-bars were well-stocked. The only regret we had was not booking a sea-facing room. Our room faced another hotel in the back but the view was not too bad as we were living on the fifth floor. The breakfast spread was mind-boggling and yummilicious ! We could relax on the beach by just crossing across the road, visit the hotspots in town by availing tuk-tuks right outside the hotel. The hotel was away from the bustle of Walking Street yet close enough to reach there in 10 mins by tuktuk.

Room tip: Choose a sea-facing room

This hotel location could not be better. Right across the beach which just so so.
Room was clean and adequate beeakfast.
Just beware that they charge THB1000 if your room more than 2 people.
In my case, i have to pay THB1000/night for my two kids.
I think there was no information when i made a booking. So just beware.
Overall it was a nice hotel.

Located in Northern Pattaya near Soi 3 & 4 it's in the nicer (more families) part of town. Sits directly on Pattaya beach road with the actual beach just seconds walk away across the road. Looking at the hotel from the outside can be very deceiving, it looks small and dingy and not the kind of place you want to check into. However, once through the main door you immediately feed the standard and quality of the hotel. The sea view rooms on the higher floors are perfect. The only down side is of the top floor with the sun beating down on the building all day it can get very hot. The rooms are very clean and modern with nice little balcony. The hotel breakfast is also pretty good and has a nice small terrace where you can take it directly across the road from the beach. I have stayed here a few times and often try to stay again when i'm there but usually found its fully booked. I cant remember the exact cost but i do remember thinking it was very reasonable for the location, view and standard of room

Room tip: Sea View on next to top floor is ideal.
