Using Dive the World made it very easy to find the right boat for our Maldives trip. Since they offer a variety of options and are not locked into one boat you are able to find something that matches your needs and schedule without having to book 1 -2 years in advacne. The booking service was very fast and efficent also.

I've just returned from my first livaboard (in Phuket). It was terrific and I'm set on doing at least one every year now! I booked through Dive the World and will continue to do so in the future if they are as helpful and as prompt as they were this time. My reason for using DTW at first was because I found their website answered all the questions I had to ask without me having to email anyone. Once I found what I was interested in, I did some other research (eg. Youtube) and looked at some of the dive operators sites to see if booking directly would be cheaper...in fact it was the same price whether I dealt with an agent or directly. My DTW contact, Pip, answered all my initial email queries really quickly. Then, she followed up about a month later to tell me about a boat that was definitely going out during the times I'd mentioned. She was efficient, making the whole booking/payment process a breeze - and I appreciated dealing with a real person who could speak my language rather than just filling in my credit card details on some online form. I don't know how these things usually work as I've never used a dive agent before... but I was a satisfied DTW customer - who'll be back. Thanks Pip!

Dive the world is a very efficient way of comparing and booking a variety of dive boats in different places. The Indonesian tour operator they recommended to help me with internal flights and bookings was very helpful.

We booked a liveaboard dive-trip from Khao Lak to Richlieu Rock with Big Blue via Dive the World. The advice we got from Dive the World was very informative and the staff we spoke to were very helpful. Talking to someone who is experienced with the dive sites and liveaboard operators also helped a great deal in making our decisions. Overall we were very satisfied with the service, and will almost surely use their services when planning our next dive trip.
