I stayed at this hotel in February 2012 for 3 days. Mr Duc and all his reception and kitchen staff were very welcoming and I found the hotel to be of a very high standard.

The hotel safely took care of my luggage while I took a trip to Halong Bay (also organised by the hotel).

I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hanoi in the future and would recommend to other travellers looking to pay around $20 for a room.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel charming for 4 nights this week. We cannot praise it enough! Yes it was cold but the staff bought us a heater and extra bedding. The rooms were kept extremely clean with fresh towels daily. The room had a good choice of tv channels and a computer to use in the room as well as free wifi. It is in a great location within easy walking distance of everything you want. It is down an alleyway but don't let this put you off ... It's very safe! We had a free pickup from the airport. The staff arranged our train ticket to Hue and also our accommodation there. Trips are available too but staff are not at all pushy .... They are there if you want to book anything but no hassle at all. What really makes this hotel is the staff... They are fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, always have a smile for everyone!!! Thankyou to you all for a great time!!!

Great location with great service! What made this hotel special is their staff. All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. They provide all the travel information that we need and always with a smiling face. Their service already exceeded our expectation. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent location. Tucked in a small alley which was away from the traffic and yet hotel is near to the Hoan Kiem Lake area as well as the surrounding attractions. Staff are friendly and they even offered to help my friend to buy the Trung Viet Lon (fertilised duck egg) when he had craving for it.

Will definitely choose to stay there again!
