I spontaneously booked the Crowne Plaza West Hanoi, because my mom want to go to the Bao Son paradise (about 5$ with cab). I got an upgrade to the executive suite, one of the biggest room in the hotel as Platinum member. The room is very "spacious" and located on the 23th floor. It has one and half bathroom, a kitchenette, dinner table for 6 in the living room with sofa and a bedroom. The view to the city in the evening was outstanding. I went to the club lounge in the evening for pre dinner. The foods were tasty and had very good quality. It made me full so I couldn't try the restaurant on the lobby floor.

In the morning I went to the restaurant Lackah to have breakfast instead. The foods were good quality and had a decent choice from western till asian breakfast.

Check out in the lounge was fast although my credit card did not work. And also special thank to the lounge staff Ms. Binh, who greeted and help me every time.

The area is a bit far a way from old town but it gonna to be a great place to visit very soon.
I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hanoi.

I stayed here only for two nights and it was very good experience. The hotel is quite new so it is very neat and clean. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Rate was very reasonable, probably they are running some promotion. In breakfast you will find reasonable variety.Only main disadvantage is that hotel is far away from city centre so If you intend to stay in the city, don't choose this option. Lastly. forgot to mention that staff is very cooperative and courteous.

Located just 35 minutes from the International airport and in a great location. The staff were very keen to make sure everything was as you like it, from the concierge, check in, restaurants and bars right to the house keeping. Nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. It is only about 20 minutes by taxi to the centre of town and very easy to get around. The people are very friendly and I would consider this a safe city to visit.
Overall this is an excellent hotel reasonably priced and I would have no hesitation in making a booking here again.

The hotel is stunning . The reception staff is so welcoming and friendly. The bell staff plus one other staff took us up the elevator to our room and showed us how to operate everything. There is a sexy see through glass between the bathroom tub and the main bedroom. You do have the option of pulling the blinds if privacy is required. There is a separate shower also - all very immaculate. We opted to pay for the buffet dinner and breakfast and it was well worth it. I believe there was always someone in the elevator to press your floor for you. We had a great view and could see the roundabout below - this gives you a preview to make yourself aware of the busy traffic in Hanoi with many motor bikes.
I'm glad this was our first of about 5 hotels in Vietnam. The service was incomparable.
