No complaints about this hotel at all. Very friendly and helpful service. Immaculate rooms and common areas. Delicious breakfast, but I think breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, which is a little early for me when I'm on vacation sometimes. Good location to the night market and park as well as many mom and pop restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows. I stayed here as a package with the Alova Gold Cruise in Halong Bay, which I also highly recommend. A bit expensive, considering there is no pool, or things to do there other than sleep.

After researching a lot done, I decided to stay at Hanoi Sky Hotel. Located in the centre of the Hanoi old Quarter, so just walking distance to go to most of places like shopping centre, eating area or some beautiful spots in city.
But what made this hotel fantastic was very friendly,helpful staff. They always took care of you and recommended things to do for your whole day. My surprise when we checked in we were informed that due to many vacant left our room got upgraded to deluxe room which is lovely furnishings and size is good and the most important is very quiet.
Moreover, they found that it was our honey moon so they prepared a cake for us and flowers in bed which was a really personal touch.
We were so delighted that and wouldn’t regret staying here. Breakfast was very good too with fresh things and lovely service from kitchen staff. The atmosphere in hotel was always so pleasant like you home. I highly recommend you stay at the Hanoi sky hotel, you won't regret

We stayed at Hanoi Sky Hotel for 9 weeks (Feb-April 2012) when we conducted a survey in Hanoi. It is a wonderful and nice hotel with great staff (very kind and helpful!). The rooms have high standard, are nice and clean and the breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend everyone to try Hanoi Sky Hotel!

Hardly opened for 3 months, Hanoi Sky Hotel has everything of a 3 stars hotel offering ie: good breakfast, good room & amenities, good location and the best service from all the staff (especially Tien, Ruby, Luan & Denis.) who tried their best to make our 4 nights stay a memorable one. Highly recommended.
