We stayed at Beautiful Saigon 3 for three nights in Feb. 2012. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arranged for pickup at the airport, and it was great to be able to stumble out of the airport from a 24 hour trip to find a sign with our name and driver waiting for us. The staff is excellent- so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was a great size for a few nights and well worth the extra money to us. The room was very quiet- hard to come by in Ho Chi Minh City. We wanted to book another night upon our return from our trip to Phu Quoc but the hotel was full, so they booked us in Beautiful Saigon 1 and carried our bags there for us. The location, service, price, and cleanliness of Beautiful Saigon 3 were all top notch and I highly recommend staying here.

We said here for 3 nights in October 2011. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They were friendly, attentive and genuinely lovely people.
The location was fab, down a smaller de street, so fairly quiet (as much as Saigon can be!) but close to all the action.
Great value and service. Would no hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Located in a narrow alley off Bui Vien, so quieter than many other places nearby as less traffic going past, but also at the heart of the authentic and old part of the city. Worth paying for the airport transfer, as taxis can't drive down the alley. When they send a hotel car, there's a welcoming party to carry bags from the main street to the hotel.

We had high expectations of the Beatiful Saigon 3 since it had so many rave reviews on Tripadvisor. We weren't disappointed at all. We had a lovely big room on the top floor, which had just been renovated in the last few months. The lovely Ms Y on reception was so sweet and charming and all the staff were very helpful. We were surprised and pleased with how well everything worked out when booking tours and travel through the reception. We were picked up from reception for a day trip and for the bus to Siem Reap and this was very reassuring. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. When leaving at 6.30am (before breakfast started) they took the trouble to sort out a takeaway cup of tea and breakfast sandwich for us - excellent service. The location is spot on - right in the middle of everything but on a relatively quiet (for HCMC) side street. To avoid confusion when trying to find it, it's in a little side street off Bui Vien Street, you need to find the approx location of No.40 Bui Vien Street and then 40\27 can be found up the side street. There's a sign post to an Indian restaurant on the corner.
