Was late to book my recent trip to Phnom Penh and only managed to get a room for one night. The reason its so popular is that it's very good value for money and the crew are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are homely, well thought out, and everything works.
Menu could do with a bit of a revamp, but what is served up is quiet acceptable.
Eureka Villas is well located, within walking distance of the riverfront restaurant and bar area and Royal Palace.
Friendly tuk-tuk drivers are right out front; avoid the pushy guys a couple of doors away.
We loved the ambiance - happy staff who were very welcoming at any time of day/night, clean surroundings and clean rooms. The delightful sight of the pretty pool and surrounds with a bar on the side, with people from all nations gathered around to share adventures and accents, and the very friendly staff happy to learn new phrases of languages from all guests and practice over breakfast each morning made our stay at Eureka Villas a happy one. Nothing was too much trouble to the staff, and the rapport with tuk-tuk drivers at the gate ensured we got to where we wanted to without hassle. We took a Eureka Villas card with us in case on the return journey the tuk-tuk driver didn't know the way, but close proximity to the palace ensured there was no problem. Highly recommended!
Eureka villas is a great value option, especially for its location. It is an incredibly short walk to the Royal Palace, the National Museum of Cambodia, and the Riverside area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are nice, nothing spectacular, but very clean. The bathrooms are fairly large and modern. The included breakfast was a nice option, and the pool area was pretty and relaxing. There was some construction noise while we were staying there (as they were making improvements), but I think that may be gone by now.
The staff here are very nice and I would come here again.
Breakfast was average and the pool is a little small. The rooms are comfortable and the showers decent.
Lots of cheaper options nearby but I have no idea how they compare. Maybe worth the research. We unfortunately did not have time
