“Clean, comfortable, and spacious villas.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 September 2011 via mobile

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa, it was very clean and spacious, but the beds were very hard. The staff was very nice. We had trouble with our Internet, the the repair person was very good. He followed up throughout our stay. The furniture and decor were dated, but it was comfortable and clean. The location was good for us and not far from the "Main Drag". The amusement park next to the hotel was loud for some of our companions.

“Nice location, peaceful and quiet”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 September 2011

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, mid August 2011.

The hotel location is very nice overlooking the mekong river, and close to mant restaurants.

A perfect choice if you fancy busy night life and, dining out, and busy night clubs (which I'm not)

Also close to many of the site-seeing attractions of Phnom Penh. The Silver Pagoda, Wat Phnom Temple, the national museum... etc, are all a nice 5- 10 nimutes (tuk-tuk) ride away. Make sure you ask the front desk/reception for a free Phnom Penh Map, very helpful.

Staff both at the front desk and the business centre are very cooperative, room service is quick, and housekeeping and Laundry are good.

Over-all a good hotel for it's rank.

“Very average”

Poolside area very pleasant and the restaurant was ok and the staff were generally quite helful. However the bedroom I had was very dark even in the middle of the day but the biggest problem was that it was infested with mosquitos. I would not stay here again.

“Overpriced shaggy hotel”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 February 2011

We stayed one night at the imperial garden hotel and it was enough.

When we ssee the room we wanted to move to another hotel but the reception had already asked us to pay $95 for the room.

The room was dirty : mosquitoes stains on the walls, dirty coverbed and carpet.
It was the worst hotel we stayed in Cambogia. The whower curtain was also very dirty.

There was a sauna next t the swimming pool and the wood was roten.

The breakfast buffet was not as nice as told by the reception.

Worst value hotel.
