I stayed here twice so far: in February 2010 and August 2011 and had a very pleasant stay. It is a quite place outside busy Phnom Penh down town yet you could get to any place within a few minutes. Once when I wanted to go and have some mid-night snack around 1:30am (as restaurants around the area was closed at that time) the hotel staff arranged one of the security guards to take me on his moto to a restaurant and I in fact paid him what I would have paid for a tuk tuk or moto. Staff were very kind and as everywhere in Pnom Penh, free wi-fi.
My only complain is about a large Korean community that stay in the villas next to the hotel. I think, if I am correct, this place may be owned by Korean community in Phnom Penh. I think due to that you could see a lot of Korean women, children occupying the swimming pool and restaurant etc. I think this is OK, but food, especially the breakfast is a tailor-made for Koreans. So if you like Korean breakfast, this the place to stay.
Suggestion to the hotel: Please include some variety in your buffet breakfast and make it more international thank Korean.
