We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in September 2010 during a business trip.
The rooms were really clean and the furnishings were fine, although to room was not too spacious. The hotel is situated in a traffic free street and seems quite quiet at first sight. Breakfast was quite generous.
When we arrived, we were immediately asked to pay for the whole stay, which didn't please me at all. The receptionist's English was horrible and communication was not easy at all. However he managed to bill the money. Visa card didn't work.
The concierge who brought the luggage to our rooms, didn't really want to leave the room and tried to demonstrate the most basic functionalities of the room (A/C, tap...) until I gave him a tip.
The rooms were very noisy. I couldn't get any sleep as my room (on the back side of the hotel) was located on a floor where a family was making noise all night. Please note the acoustic insulation towards the corridor was really poor. Changing the room proved to be very very difficult. Only after repeated complaints, they changed my room.
My colleague's room was located on the front side of the hotel, where live music from a bar next to the hotel made it impossible to get some sleep until nearly 2.30
Even if the situation improved after changing the rooms, we still endured some discomfort as the build-on building is under construction (as well as another construction site over the way). Please note that in Turkey works start early in the morning and usually continue untill after midnight. Nobody draw our attention to that fact when we booked the hotel.
Finally, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as there are probably much better hotels in the area, with much better service.
