Situated in the business district of Seoul, this hotel feels as if it is orientated towards business professionals. You feel as though you are attending a work conference as the deco is bland and uniform. The rooms however are clean, spacious with a nice shower/bath and an amazing toilet (heated seats with many functions). Amazingly they do not have wifi even though it markets itself as a business hotel; you need to visit the lobby on the 2nd floor, they have 3 PC’s available (1 of which was constantly out of order).

On the plus point, the subway (Gongdeok) is situated at the basement of the hotel; connecting you to lines 5 and 6. Lotte supermarket (open until 11:30pm), café’s, some restaurants and hairdressers are also located downstairs. There isn’t much to see in the surrounding area of the hotel but you can easily get around the city using the subway. From the airport you can catch an airport bus (number 6015) which stops opposite the hotel. When returning to the airport there is a subway line from Gongdeok station that takes you directly to Incheon airport, takes around 40minutes (this is a new line – the airport line).

Room: clean, spacious. Shower is excellent!!

Subway is right below the hotel which makes it easy to access to major shopping area.

Good enough, but the fact that the staff have only the most basic grasp of English and the lack of free wifie access in the rooms or even in the lobby caused them points.

The business center has three computers for internet use, but two were broken during our stay.

If Internet access isn't important for you then you will enjoy your stay.

Room: clean, neat. Shower is great!
