It is in an excellent location, that is for sure. Right down town and connected to the subway. The restaurants are good and the breakfast was the standard, over-the-top Asian buffet. Be sure its included in your room rate. What I didn't like were the rooms, they were recently re-done and it seemed like they ordered too much furniture, had no place to put it and jammed it all into the room. Desks, vanities, settees, you name it, it was in there!

Terrific hotel! Absolutely perfect service, and the highest level of hospitality.
The room was very modern, clean and comfortable.

It's says 5 star but, more of a 4 star.

Rooms are clean a bit dated but, still very good. I agree the rooms are a bit sterile in appearance. We stayed in the new wing which was new at one time but, not now.

I found the staff great and they did smile even though some reviews said they didn't.

The big benefit of this hotel is location. Close to the famous shopping street.

no real complaints other than it is a little pricey for what you get. However, if your looking for a place near just about everything then this is the place to stay.

I am writing this review from a room in the 20th floor of the main tower. The room is more or less flawless and clean. You can control everything (room dimmer, TV, alarm, etc) from the phone/pc device. Great shower pressure, good bathroom accessories, totally quiet, etc.

However, a few vital things to watch out for. The restaurants are very expensive (for me). The buffet, for instance, was £50 or $80. Try to look for equally good offerings around the hotel. Also, please keep in mind that this is a massive hotel with it's own shopping centre and even a museum!

Finally, I think having to pay $12 a day for wifi is a bit stingy. You can get it for free in the hotel if you try! Good luck!
