After several months since my last time in this hotel, I was pleased that the hospitality and excellent service which I have experienced on past stays is still very much in place - particularly at the front desk and in the Club Lounge. The hotel staff is very attentive, recalling one’s name and preferences, and going out of their way to make one’s stay as pleasant as possible. Always a special place to be when one is away from home.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, all the staff I've interacted with spoke English well and quite a few of the staff have *excellent* English skills and is impressive, both when meeting them in the lobby or when calling room service.

The rooms are nice, the rates per night are excellent. The cafe is so-so as far as the quality of the food. I stay here about every 3 months for the last year on business. I've never had issues with the wired or wifi internet access, it's fast and stable which allows me to be productive for work and also to conduct voip video calls to the USA. The bathrooms are very very spacious and the shower heads give you something like a rainshower experience, i love it!

The rooms are also quiet, noise outside from other rooms, in the hallways and out on the street seem to be muffled well enough that it's never been an issue for me at this hotel.

Although I stay here for business travel, if i ever travel for pleasure with family I will definitely stay here.

About 3 weeks ago I had occasion to dine in the Italian theme restaurant. The 5 course meal was excellant and in Particular the fried Goose Liver, it just melted in my mouth with a wonderful flavor, I would go back just for that. My Compliments to Chef Joyce.

I am writing to compliment the exceptional service Lily Liu (front desk supervisor) and her team demonstrated during my recent stay in your Zhongguancun Beijing hotel.

Ms Liu’s professionalism of greeting the customers, remembering their names, offering the complete check in package impressed me and 3 of my company fellows from the US following my recommendation. Two of them also planned to bring their families to Beijing for vacation and staying at your hotel primarily due to the extraordinary service they experienced.

As an average business traveler, I stayed in a good number of hotels with the peak of 200 days on the road a year. I would say Ms Liu and other of your staffs’ professionalism of service differentiated Zhongguancun Crowne Plaza from other hotels managed by Hilton, Shangri-la, Hyatt and Sheraton in the US, Germany, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia. Even comparing to another close by Crowne Plaza (Wuzhou), Zhongguancun is superior.

During the recent a couple of years, Zhongguancun Crowne Plaza has been my hotel of choice whenever I am in Beijing. I am planning another Asia tour in Feb and I do not think I would ever consider any other hotels for my stay in Beijing.
